Job summary

Ampd Energy, a remote-first company in the United States, seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to scale global marketing, build ABM programs, and drive demand across markets. You'll lead campaigns, collaborate with Sales, PreSales, Product, and Ops, and translate complex technical capabilities into compelling commercial value.

You will accelerate growth by leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights, while maintaining Ampd's brand and ensuring scalable regional execution across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience in energy, clean tech, or a complex technical industry.
• Proven success in ABM and demand-generation programs.
• Strong understanding of long, high-value B2B sales cycles and marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
• Strong digital marketing experience including website optimization, SEO/SEM, digital campaigns, social media and analytics.
• Experience creating sales-enablement and customer-facing content for technical products.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot preferred.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI in marketing or commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global marketing programs aligned with commercial strategy and growth priorities.
• Build and run ABM programs targeting high-priority accounts and strategic customers.
• Partner with regional Sales teams to create demand-generation programs and measurable pipeline.
• Drive campaigns for new products, markets, and strategic initiatives.
• Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to improve marketing efficiency and scale.
• Apply AI to market research, account intelligence, content, lead qualification and campaign optimization.
• Identify manual tasks that can be automated via AI and optimize process workflows.
• Integrate HubSpot with marketing platforms and AI tools to create scalable workflows.
• Own Ampd's digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM, and digital campaigns.
• Develop a scalable content engine for education, thought leadership, demand generation and sales conversion.
• Create high-quality sales enablement materials and competitive positioning.
