Job summary

Ampd Energy is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to scale our global marketing capability and advance the Ampd brand. This remote US role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and focuses on ABM, demand generation, content, marketing technology and AI to drive measurable commercial growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in energy/industrial tech.
• Experience developing ABM and demand-generation programs.
• Strong digital marketing experience including website optimization and analytics.
• Experience creating sales enablement content and thought leadership.
• HubSpot or similar marketing automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global marketing programs aligned with commercial strategy.
• Build ABM programs targeting priority customers and strategic accounts.
• Partner with regional Sales to generate demand and pipeline.
• Develop campaigns for new products, markets, and initiatives.
• Build AI-enabled workflows to improve marketing effectiveness and scalability.
• Translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.
• Measure pipeline and ROI; optimize based on data insights.
