Job summary

Ampd Energy is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to scale global marketing, based remotely in the United States. You will lead ABM, demand generation, digital campaigns, and AI-enabled initiatives to drive growth across markets.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, PreSales, and Product to translate technical capabilities into measurable commercial opportunities. You will build AI agents, automate workflows, and optimize HubSpot usage while maintaining Ampd’s global brand and ensuring regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing/related field.
• 7+ years B2B marketing, preferably in energy, tech, or industrial sectors.
• Proven ABM and demand-gen program experience.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and pipeline impact.
• Strong digital marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics experience.
• Experience creating sales enablement and thought leadership content.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and CRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI in marketing.
• Experience building AI agents and automated workflows.
• Ability to identify AI automation opportunities to boost productivity.
• Strong analytical skills measuring pipeline and ROI.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and multi-stakeholder PM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global marketing programs aligned with strategic growth.
• Build and run ABM programs targeting high-priority accounts.
• Partner with regional sales to create demand-gen programs and pipeline.
• Develop campaigns for new products, markets, and initiatives.
• Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to scale marketing.
• Apply AI to market research, content, lead qualification, and enablement.
• Identify repetitive activities for automation and AI-driven improvements.
• Integrate HubSpot, marketing tools, data sources for scalable workflows.
• Own Ampd’s digital presence including SEO/SEM and campaigns.
• Create a scalable content engine for education, thought leadership, and conversions.
• Develop sales enablement materials and competitive positioning.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear commercial value.
• Establish market/competition intelligence with AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops to improve HubSpot usage and attribution.
• Measure marketing-sourced/influenced pipeline and ROI.
• Use customer insights to improve strategy and investment.
• Maintain a consistent global Ampd brand with regional execution.
