Consensus is seeking a Manager of Account Based Marketing to build the ABM motion from the ground up. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you’ll own end-to-end target account programs, from selection and tiering to plays and multi-threading across buying groups.

This hands-on role leverages our product as an ABM tool, delivering personalized demos and content to drive pipeline. Remote-friendly, with strong emphasis on collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in B2B marketing with 2+ years running ABM programs, ideally for enterprise or strategic segments.
• Hands-on with ABM and signal stack (intent, de-anonymization, orchestration, CRM, and marketing automation).
• Genuinely sales-adjacent; enjoy account planning meetings and value feedback from reps.

Aufgaben

• Build and run the ABM program: account tiering, 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many plays, with an operating rhythm aligning Sales and Marketing.
• Own target account selection with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps for new logos and expansion.
• Design plays around our product: personalized demos, URLs, and tailored content as central to engagement.
• Orchestrate multi-threading into buying groups; identify missing stakeholders and surface them.
• Turn signals into action by combining intent, product engagement, and web de-anonymization.
• Partner with SDR, AE & RevOps leadership on shared account plans and SLAs.
• Support expansion plays with Customer Success and Lifecycle Marketing.
• Collaborate with Brand and Product Marketing to personalize messaging by account/industry/persona.
• Own the ABM stack with RevOps and ensure it remains valuable.
• Report on engagement, meetings, pipeline, and win rate; evaluate which tiers pay off.
