Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring independent clinicians to provide telehealth psychotherapy to older adults. Work from home with a flexible schedule available across 7 days a week. Start part-time (1099) or full-time (W2), building your caseload with administrative support and guidance from clinical leads.

We cover scheduling, offer robust admin support, and provide professional development with CEUs and geriatric-focused training. Competitive per-session pay and benefits for W2 clinicians apply.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license required in relevant field.
• Licensed in Kansas.
• Master's or doctoral degree in SW, counseling, psychology, or MFT.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
