Job summary

Sailor Health seeks licensed therapists to join a nationwide virtual practice focused on geriatrics. Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) with flexible, fee-for-service arrangements and room to grow. Work from home delivering psychotherapy to older adults, with schedule built around you.

You'll have a dedicated clinical lead, real-time admin support, and a collaborative team. No marketing or referrals required, and clinicians can set their own hours across seven days while

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license required (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent).
• Licensed in Rhode Island (if applicable).
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults/geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.

Education
