Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide teletherapy practice focused on older adults, offering clinicians flexible remote work options and the ability to set their own schedule, with 1099 or W2 arrangements. You will provide Medicare-covered therapy and benefit from admin support, AI documentation, and a supportive clinical team.

We offer growth through free CEUs and clinical consultation, plus competitive per-session pay and benefits for W2 clinicians over 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Vermont
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
