Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. You can work from home on a flexible schedule, with case load support and administrative help, while receiving clinical supervision and ongoing professional growth.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) on a fee-for-service basis, with 1099 or W2 options and benefits for eligible clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in North Dakota.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.

Education

Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
