Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide telehealth practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle the administrative work, and surround you with the clinical community you need to thrive — all from the comfort of home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in relevant field (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Licensed in Texas.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s needs.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
