Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to provide remote, fee-for-service psychotherapy to older adults nationwide. You set your schedule with part-time or full-time options, starting at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and building from there.

We support clinicians with a dedicated clinical lead, admin help, and a responsive care team, so you can focus on patient care. Per-session compensation applies, with benefits for eligible W2 clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) and Tennessee licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHRs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
