Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed therapists for telehealth roles serving older adults nationwide. Enjoy fully remote work with flexible hours, part- or full-time options on a fee-for-service basis.

Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) with a supportive clinical lead and admin team. Clinicians receive dedicated scheduling support, no marketing needed, and opportunities for CEUs, training, and clinical consultation.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice independently in the relevant state.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
