Sailor Health is a nationwide tele-mental health practice dedicated to older adults. We provide caseload management, admin support, and a supportive clinical community, allowing you to focus on therapy from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) on a fee-for-service basis. 1099 or W2 options with health benefits are available. Many clinicians reach a full caseload within weeks.

Qualifikationen

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Hawaii license is required or listed as location-specific credential.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
