Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed therapists for remote, fee-for-service roles supporting older adults nationwide. You'll manage your caseload with comprehensive clinical support, flexible scheduling, and no marketing requirements.

We offer both 1099 and W2 arrangements (25+ hrs/wk for W2), with dedicated clinical leads, admin support, and AI-powered documentation tools to streamline your practice from home.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Ohio.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus - we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
