Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed therapists to join a nationwide virtual practice focused on geriatric mental health. Work from home with a flexible schedule, including 7 days a week availability, and no marketing or referrals to chase.

We provide caseload support, admin handling, and a collaborative clinical team. You’ll deliver evidence-based therapy to older adults, design personalized plans, and use streamlined EMR and AI tools to document care.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC) in AZ.
• Licensed to practice in Arizona, with current credentials.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in relevant mental health field.
• Experience with older adults and geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in virtual settings.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
