Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to join our nationwide telehealth team focusing on older adults. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) with options for full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Arizona.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.

Education

PhD or PsyD in psychology (APA-accredited program)

Active, independent license to practice psychology in Arizona

Experience with older adults/geriatric populations preferred

Comfortable with telehealth platforms

Medicare billing experience a plus
