Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice focused on transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We provide full caseload support, admin delegation, and a strong clinical community, all from home. Our psychologists experience exceptional clinician support and a collaborative environment.

We offer part-time and full-time, fee-for-service roles (1099 or W2). Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and grow from there, with remote scheduling across 7 days.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in South Carolina.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
