Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) to provide teletherapy for older adults. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and scale up, with no on-call and the freedom to set a personal schedule.

We cover your caseload, handle admin, and provide dedicated clinical and provider support, CEUs, and geriatric-focused training within a mission-driven telehealth team.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in North Dakota.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
