Sailor Health offers licensed clinical psychologists remote, fee-for-service or W2 roles with flexible hours, starting at 15 hrs/week (1099) or 25 hrs/week (W2). You can tailor workload and build a caseload with our support and admin help.

Join a nationwide telehealth practice focusing on geriatrics, with AI-assisted documentation, real-time admin support, and leadership guidance. Telehealth tools enable focus on patients while Medicare billing is handled by the organization.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from APA-accredited program.
• Active license to practice psychology in Washington.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings
