Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide telehealth practice seeking licensed clinical psychologists to provide remote therapy to older adults. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) with flexible scheduling and a supportive clinical leadership team.

We handle administrative work and caseloads so you can focus on patient care. Public Medicare coverage, ongoing training, and fair per-session compensation accompany full remote work options.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in West Virginia.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
