Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide, fully remote mental health practice focused on older adults. We provide caseload management, admin support, and a strong clinical community to help you thrive in teletherapy.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Vermont.
• Experience with older adults/geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
