Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We provide caseload support, admin help, and a collaborative clinical community, all from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) on a fee-for-service basis, with options starting at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2). Join a mission-driven team focused on geriatrics and telehealth.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Nebraska.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings
