Job summary

Sailor Health offers licensed psychologists flexible, fee-for-service opportunities in a fully remote, Medicare-covered practice. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) with load matching and no marketing duties.

Clinicians receive ongoing supervision, access to an admin team, and comprehensive benefits when eligible. Set your own hours, enjoy AI-assisted documentation, and build a robust geriatric caseload.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Delaware.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings
