Job summary

Sailor Health is recruiting licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) for fully remote telepsychology work with older adults. Start with flexibility: 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and grow from there, with no on-call or evenings required.

We provide a dedicated clinical lead, real-time admin support, and a team that supports your growth. You’ll focus on delivering evidence-based therapy while we handle scheduling, documentation, and Medicare billing where needed.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) required.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in South Dakota (or eligible to obtain).
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
