Job summary

Sailor Health seeks licensed clinical psychologists (PhD/PsyD) for telehealth roles delivering psychotherapy to older adults. Flexible, fee-for-service options start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25+ hours per week (W2).

Build a caseload with support from a dedicated clinical lead and admin team. Roles offer fully remote work with real-time supervision, ongoing clinical consultation, and access to free CEUs.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Pennsylvania.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
