Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We support clinicians with caseloads, admin, and a clinical community, all from home. Our focus is exceptional clinician experience and patient care.

We offer part-time and full-time, fee-for-service roles for licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD). Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and grow. Remote work, strong support, and ongoing training are core to our model.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Mississippi.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations and leadership meetings.
