Job summary

Ambry Genetics Corporation seeks an Account Executive for the LA/OC region to expand laboratory sales and promote genetic diagnostic testing services. The role requires building relationships with hospitals, clinics, and physician offices while driving a robust sales pipeline.

You will articulate clinical and financial value, deliver tailored presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to onboard new accounts. A proactive hunter mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals or medical device sales.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong track record in selling to hospital and clinic buyers across multiple specialties.
• Ability to convey clinical and financial value of testing services.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Focus exclusively on new business acquisition of genetic diagnostic testing services.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies including cold calling.
• Manage a robust pipeline from initial contact to closure.
• Deliver high-impact presentations tailored to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and consistently meet sales goals.
