Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals or medical device sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM applications (e.g., Microsoft CRM).
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Sales training such as SPIN Selling or PSS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Focus on new business acquisition of genetic diagnostic testing services.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, including cold calling.
• Manage a robust pipeline of prospective accounts from initial contact to closure.
• Articulate clinical and financial value propositions to gain commitment from new customers.
• Deliver high-impact presentations tailored to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and activity logs in the CRM.
• Achieve aggressive new business sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding post-acquisition.
