Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking friendly Customer Service Representatives to support customers with their natural gas utility accounts. You will assist with questions about bills, payments, and account information while delivering a positive customer experience.

This is a remote role for selected states including UT, with full-time hours and paid training. Starting pay is $14 per hour plus a shift differential for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable with billing data.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding their natural gas bills and account balances.
• Process and assist with customer payments.
• Research and resolve account-related issues.
• Explain billing information, charges, and payment options clearly.
• Update and maintain accurate customer account information.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow established procedures and privacy requirements.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Escalate issues when additional assistance or authorization is required.
• Provide excellent customer service on every interaction.
