Five Star Solutions is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with gas bills, payments, and account information. Ideal candidates are patient, professional, and focused on delivering a positive customer experience.

The role is remote for residents in multiple states; starting pay is $14 per hour with a $1 night/weekend differential. Training is provided, full-time hours, with benefits eligibility after 60 days.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with billing and account information.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable cross training on other accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding their natural gas bills and account balances.
• Process and assist with customer payments.
• Research and resolve account-related issues.
• Explain billing information, charges, and payment options clearly.
• Update and maintain accurate customer account information.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow established procedures and privacy requirements.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Escalate issues when additional assistance or authorization is required.
• Provide excellent customer service on every interaction.
