Five Star Solutions is seeking friendly, dependable Customer Service Representatives to support customers with their natural gas utility accounts. You will assist customers with questions about bills, payments, and account information, delivering a positive and professional customer experience while upholding privacy requirements.

This remote role is open to candidates in listed states. The position offers paid training, 40-hour weeks, and benefits after 60 days.

Competenze

• 1 year of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with billing and account information.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with questions regarding their natural gas bills and account balances.
• Process and assist with customer payments.
