Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking friendly, dependable Customer Service Representatives to support customers with their natural gas utility accounts. You will assist customers with questions regarding their gas bills, payments, account information, and general account-related concerns, delivering a positive customer experience from a remote home office.

The role is remote for residents in multiple states. Starting pay is $14 per hour with a shift differential of $1 per hour for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer service, call center, or office roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience handling billing and account information.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about gas bills and account balances.
• Process and assist with customer payments.
• Research and resolve account-related issues.
• Explain billing information, charges, and payment options clearly.
• Update and maintain accurate customer account information.
