Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to split time between research-based outreach and supporting the team with client-focused documentation. You will study prospective clients, confirm fit, draft personalized emails, and convert project notes into compelling case studies for leadership review.

This fully remote, full-time role offers exposure to backend systems at scale and collaboration with leadership and engineering teams to shape future product and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills for concise, personalized emails and longer-form client stories.
• Strong research skills, online information gathering, source judgment and summary.
• Ability to discuss backend systems at a credible level without being an engineer.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, marketing, recruiting, or outreach roles.

Responsabilités

• Research prospective clients across games and media and assess fit for Wolfjaw's services.
• Document reasoning for pursuing or not pursuing a prospect to share with the team.
• Find timely reasons to reach out (launches, milestones, platform changes) and draft personalized outreach.
• Draft client case studies from engineering and project notes for client review materials.
• Support leadership with research and document preparation as needed.
