Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to split time between client research and producing materials for outreach. You will work with leadership and engineering to understand backend systems and scale for world-class game projects.

The role emphasizes strong writing and research, remote collaboration, and the ability to turn technical notes into compelling client stories. Prior outreach experience helps, and knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Qualificações

• Strong writing skills for concise, personalized emails and case studies.
• Strong research skills and ability to judge source reliability.
• Talk credibly about backend systems and scale.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, recruiting, or outreach roles.

Responsabilidades

• Researching prospective clients across games and media, including products, news, challenges, and decision makers.
• Evaluating fit for Wolfjaw's services and documenting reasoning.
• Finding timely reasons to reach out and verifying them against primary sources.
• Drafting personalized outreach emails and tracking progress in CRM.
• Turning engineering notes into client case studies and polished stories.
• Supporting leadership with research, documents, and day-to-day needs.
