Qualifications

• Clear, concise, personalized emails and case studies.
• Strong writing and research skills with credible sourcing.
• Ability to discuss backend systems at a high level without engineering experience.
• Experience with CRM and prospecting tools like HubSpot or Apollo.
• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or outreach roles.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; capable of navigating docs, sheets, and gmail.
• Willingness to work in a fully remote role with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients across games and media and document fit.
• Draft personalized outreach and maintain CRM data accurately.
• Draft client case studies from project notes for internal use.
