Job summary

Velora is a remote-first company seeking an Implementation Specialist to deliver fundraising-focused implementations across Keela and Raisely. You will manage multiple nonprofit client deployments, configuring campaigns, migrating donor data, and enabling fundraising workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, customer engagement, and/or fundraising operations.
• Experience supporting or implementing fundraising tools (donation forms, campaigns, CRMs).
• Proficient in Excel, mastery of data manipulation and analysis for imports/exports/reports.
• Outstanding customer service with a passion for value creation and problem solving.
• Tech savvy and able to manage multiple software tools simultaneously.
• Experience providing technical and customer support via email and calls.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fundraising implementations across Keela and Raisely.
• Configure campaigns, peer-to-peer and event fundraising setups as applicable.
• Provide payment processor support and troubleshooting.
• Set up integrations and workflows within supported tools/processes.
• Transform and validate donor and donations data for accurate imports.
• Deliver consultative setup, training, and follow-up to ensure go-live success.
• Coordinate with product teams to relay fundraising feedback and enhance UX.
