Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls from guests and travel advisers on technical issues.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT as needed.
• Complete pre-sale transactions and guide guests in self-service apps.
• Answer questions on shore excursions and compare options for guests.
• Process fun shop inquiries and service bookings; document preferences as leads.
