Carnival Cruise Line is hiring for an Agent, Fun Expert to assist guests with booking journeys, plan itineraries, and answer vacation questions. You will convert calls into bookings, upsell staterooms, and support pre-cruise sales while handling IT-related inquiries for self-service portals.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through GoCCL, documenting preferences, and aiding the outbound sales team with leads.

Formación

• High School Diploma REQUIRED.
• 6 months -1 year previous sales and customer service REQUIRED.
• This is a fulltime role. Must be able to work 1:30-10 during the week and 1 weekend day shift from 9-6pm est.
• Initial Training: 7 consecutive weeks.
• Training Schedule: 1st 5 weeks Mon–Fri 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST; 2nd 2 weeks 1:30-10pm EST.
• Must have your own equipment - Stipend of $750 offered after 90 days.
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace required.
• MACBOOKS, Chromebooks and iPads are not supported.
• High-speed internet required; WiFi-only setups not permitted.
• Consistent and reliable attendance essential.
• This is for the January 2027 class.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls from guests and travel advisers with technical issues on Carnival platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to IT support via the case system.
• Complete pre-sale transactions and guide guests in navigating self-service apps.
• Answer questions about shore excursions and help compare options.
• Process fun shop and gift orders and assist with GoCCL functions.
• Document consumer preferences and leads to outbound sales team; convert calls to cruises.
• Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings; support peak times.
• Assist other areas as needed and comply with policies and standards.
