Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking an Agent, Fun Expert to assist guests with cruise bookings, itineraries, and pre-cruise sales. The role involves handling technical calls, guiding customers through self-service platforms, and upselling staterooms while providing exceptional service.

You will respond to guest needs, notate preferences, and submit leads to the outbound team, while supporting the IT help desk for issues that arise. Training is provided and extensive scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales/customer service experience required.
• Full-time role with shift coverage including evenings/weekends.
• Training: 7 weeks with schedule as listed.
• Must have own equipment; $750 stipend after 90 days.
• Quiet workspace and reliable internet required.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls from guests and travel advisers about technical issues with Carnival portals.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT when needed.
• Complete pre-sale transactions and guide guests in self-service apps.
• Answer questions about shore excursions and compare options.
• Process fun shop and gift orders.
• Guide travel advisers through Goccl functions and Carnival tools.
• Convert sales calls into cruise bookings by documenting preferences as leads.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Support other areas during peak times.
