Job summary

Carnival Corporation is seeking an Agent, Fun Expert to assist guests with cruise bookings, planning itineraries, and pre-cruise sales. You will handle calls, guide self-service tools, and upsell staterooms while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with policies.

The role requires prior sales/customer service experience, a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends, and participation in extensive initial training. Benefits and company programs are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 6 months to 1 year of prior sales and customer service experience required.
• This is a full-time role with schedule constraints including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from guests and travel advisers on website/portal issues.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT when necessary.
• Assist with pre-sale transactions and guide customers in using self-service tools.
• Answer questions about shore excursions and compare options to fit client preferences.
• Process inquiries for Fun Shop and gift orders and service bookings.
