Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year previous sales and customer service REQUIRED.
• This is a fulltime role with specific shift times and a training period.
• Must have own equipment; stipend offered after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls on technical issues with Carnival's website and portals.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to IT support.
• Assist guests with pre-sale transactions and cruise bookings.
• Guide advisers through portal features and documentation of consumer preferences.
