Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to handle incoming calls and provide guidance on self-service tools.
• Must be able to work 1:30-10 during the week and 1 weekend day shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming guest and agent calls about technical issues with Carnival sites and portals.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to IT support.
• Assist guests with pre-cruise sales, bookings, and upsell opportunities.
• Guide advisers through Carnival Portal features and services, including profile setup and bookings.
