Carnival Corporation & plc is hiring an Agent, Fun Expert in Florida to handle guest inquiries, guide vacation planning, and convert calls into bookings. You will assist with pre-cruise sales, process orders, and service technical questions regarding Carnival bookings and self-service tools.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of sales/customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Training is 7 weeks with structured shifts.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales and customer service experience required.
• This is a full-time role with specific shift timing and training.
• Must have own quiet workspace and reliable setup; MACBOOKS/Chromebooks not supported for some tools.

Mansioni

• Handle incoming calls from guests and travel advisers about technical issues.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT as needed.
• Process pre-sale transactions and guide guests through self-service tools.
• Assist with shore excursion questions and compare options.
• Convert sales calls into cruise bookings by documenting preferences as leads.
