Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls about technical issues with Carnival's website and portals.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT as needed.
• Complete pre-sale transactions and guide guests through self-service tools.
• Assist with shore excursion questions and compare options.
• Document consumer preferences and submit leads to outbound sales team.
• Attend coaching sessions and participate in trainings.
