Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 6 months to 1 year of prior sales and customer service experience required.
• Full-time role with shifts including evenings and one weekend day.
• Initial training spans seven weeks with structured schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from guests and travel advisers about technical issues with Carnival's platforms.
• Troubleshoot user-facing issues and escalate complex problems to IT support.
• Assist with pre-sale transactions and guide guests through self-service applications.
• Answer questions about shore excursions and help guests compare options.
• Process inquiries for Fun Shop and gift orders and manage profiles in Carnival systems.
• Convert sales calls into cruise bookings by capturing guest preferences and submitting leads.
