Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream. You will build enterprise-scale solutions using Java and Spring Boot to deliver scalable services, React with TypeScript to create workforce applications, and Node.js where appropriate for integrations.

The role requires translating complex workforce rules into maintainable software, with strong CX platform experience as a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and workflows.
• Experience with complex business rules engines and scheduling algorithms.
• Hands-on with Java and Spring technologies (Spring Boot, REST, security, persistence).
• Frontend experience with React or Angular, TypeScript, and modern testing practices.
• Experience with AWS services and data integrations.
• Proven experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven services.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling in PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization capabilities using Java, Spring Boot, and domain-driven design.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing calculations, schedule generation, shift management, adherence, reporting.
• Develop responsive workforce applications using TypeScript and React for planners, supervisors, and employees.
• Define and maintain REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and versioning standards.
• Implement event-driven workflows for schedule changes, agent states, queue metrics, forecasts, and adherence events.
• Integrate WFM with CX platforms, HR/payroll, CRM, and data warehouses.
• Model data in PostgreSQL with attention to integrity, history, and performance.
• Containerize services and contribute to cloud-native deployment patterns and CI/CD pipelines.
