Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream. You will design and build enterprise-scale services using Java/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript, delivering forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time adherence in a contact center environment.

You will work across teams to translate complex workforce rules into scalable software, integrate with CX platforms and HR systems, and contribute to cloud-native deployments with CI/CD

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development, including ownership of production applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot, REST services, security, and persistence.
• Frontend experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, and modern testing practices.
• Experience with AWS services and Amazon Connect is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization capabilities.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing calculations, schedule generation, shift management, adherence, and reporting.
• Develop responsive workforce applications using TypeScript and React for planners, supervisors, and employees.
• Design and deploy REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and versioning standards.
• Implement event-driven workflows for schedule changes, agent states, and metrics.
• Integrate WFM with CX platforms, HR, payroll, and data warehouses.
• Model data in PostgreSQL with attention to integrity and performance.
• Containerize services and follow cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and automated tests.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance and scalability.
