Job summary

Miratech Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer for our Workforce Management product stream. You will design and implement enterprise-scale solutions using Java/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript, building microservices for forecasting, scheduling, and reporting.

You will integrate WFM with CX platforms and HR systems, model data in PostgreSQL, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while operating in a remote-friendly, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of REST API design and microservices.
• Frontend experience with React/TypeScript or Angular/TypeScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization features.
• Develop microservices for forecasting, staffing, scheduling, adherence, and reporting.
• Create responsive TypeScript/React UIs for planners and supervisors.
• Define OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and versioning standards.
• Implement event-driven workflows for schedule changes and agent states.
• Integrate WFM with CX platforms, HR/payroll, CRM, and data warehouses.
• Model data in PostgreSQL with attention to history and time zones.
• Containerize services and contribute to cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
• Collaborate across Product, QA, DevOps, and UX teams.
