Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream. You will build enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time adherence, intraday management, and reporting in a contact center environment.

You will use Java and Spring Boot for services, React with TypeScript for UI, and Node.js where appropriate for integrations. Responsibilities include designing microservices, REST APIs, event-driven workflows, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST services.
• Frontend experience with React/TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native deployments.
• Experience with data modeling in PostgreSQL.
• Ability to design APIs and microservices in distributed environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization features using Java, Spring Boot, and domain-driven design.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing calculations, schedule generation, shift management, adherence, and reporting.
• Develop responsive workforce applications using TypeScript and React.
• Define and maintain REST APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger contracts.
• Create event-driven workflows for schedule changes and agent states.
• Integrate WFM with CX, HR, payroll, and data platforms.
