Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Full Stack Java Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications powering Workforce Management, CX, and operations. You will use Java/Spring Boot for backend services, React with TypeScript for frontend, and Node.js where needed for lightweight components.

Experience with WFM or CX is a plus. The role emphasizes hands-on development, from design to deployment, with opportunities to contribute to microservices, REST APIs, and scalable data models

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
• Frontend development experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and modern testing practices.
• Familiarity with Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, build tooling, or supporting components.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and maintainable applications in distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and established software engineering practices.
• Build modern web applications using React, TypeScript, reusable components, responsive layouts, and accessible interaction patterns.
• Develop and consume REST APIs using an API-first approach; maintain clear OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and error handling.
• Contribute to the design of modular, maintainable solutions using microservices and appropriate object-oriented and event-driven design patterns.
• Containerize applications and contribute to cloud-based deployment patterns, configuration management, and environment consistency.
