Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer in the United States, open to fully remote candidates. You will lead multi-client fintech deployments, designing integrations, configuring AML/fraud programs, and building AI-driven investigation workflows.

This role combines technical delivery with customer-facing responsibilities and regulatory alignment. You will work with banks, credit unions, fintechs, and crypto platforms to translate complex requirements into reliable technical solutions,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation or forward-deployed engineering for B2B SaaS
• Experience in fintech or financial crime prevention is highly desirable
• Strong REST API, SQL, ETL and one programming language (Python/JS/TS) required
• Ability to design end-to-end data integrations with data mapping and validation
• Experience with data interpretation and communicating changes to technical teams
• Familiarity with core banking data systems is a plus
• Experience building or configuring LLM-based workflows or AI agents
• Strong PM and communication skills with a customer-facing mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from discovery to go-live, managing plans and stakeholders
• Design data integrations using real-time APIs and batch data
• Configure fraud and AML detection programs and CRR models
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and production-ready agent configurations
• Support regulatory workflows (SARs, CTRs, CRR) and compliance processes
• Test data quality, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure production reliability
• Educate customer teams and enable self-sufficiency post-implementation
• Manage multiple implementations and adapt to evolving requirements
• Create repeatable implementation playbooks and scalable processes
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to share feedback and drive improvements
